We can provide rigs, jack-up barges, trees, subsea bundles, ROVs, and accommodation units for the oil industry as well as on-shore and off-shore wind farms, turbines And all other structural exhibition models. We are familiar with the demands of exhibition deadlines and will always make an accurate assessment of the construction time required. Display cases, flight cases and custom made stands can also be catered for. In conjunction with our colleague Graham Larrington we can also provide a comprehensive model engineering and machining service including live steam.

A sectional /cutaway model of a gravity anchor for one of our marine engineering customers. The anchor measures 600mm diameter - making it an impressive centrepiece of our client's exhibition display stand. Supplied with a timber crate for overseas shipping.

A sub sea pipeline bundle at 1:4 scale. Our client displays each bundle model in a custom-made circular display case, mounted on a rotating stand. Aesthetically pleasing and more easily transportable than a full-size sample!

Another view of the bundle model. A careful choice of cut lines allows viewing of components which would normally be hidden.

An unusual engineering project for us - this is a reconstruction of the Newcomen engine. The model is a faithful replica of a 250 year old experimental model and is now on display in the London Science Museum. The engine is non-working, but uses all the correct materials. Traditional machining and turning skills were supplemented by the use of computer machining and water-cutting.

Here is the complete Newcomen engine, fully patinated to replicate the original and ready for public exhibition in the "History of Steam" display.

Components can be 3D printed using a high resolution colour powder printing proccess. We can work from your existing 3D cad drawings (SDL or 3DS) or can arrange a cad drawing service from any starting point in the design proccess.

A suspension footbridge produced for Michael Hopkins Architects. All the structural components are soldered in brass making for a surprisingly robust model. 1:100 scale.

Another detail of the Newcomen reproduction engine - the firebox and boiler. This is a non working model but engineer Graham Larrington is skilled in live steam too!
