Pattern Making and Casting.

marketing and housing

Our skills in pattern making are complemented by our close association with a neighbouring bronze foundry and one of Britain's leading white metal foundries. We have produced sculptures and streetscapes for outdoor display, patterns for architectural details and components for collector's models and toy castings. The rapport we have built up with our colleagues in the field make us industry experts in casting for aesthetic purposes.

Casting pattern for bronze foundry casting of Tornado jet aircraft
One of many patterns for bronze casting we have produced over the years is this Tornado jet. We carried out our own research, prepared drawings and produced the plane in sections - the size of each section being dictated by the needs of our founder at Black Isle Bronze.

White metal castings of our collector's cars, centrifugally cast from high quality patterns.
A batch of white metal collector's cars at 1:43 scale emerges from the centrifugal casting proccess. Very high levels of accuracy are maintained at every stage of the production process to achieve unblemished models at the end stage.
